The AI ecosystem node
One of the highest-density networks of AI founders, researchers, and technical operators.
We don't do open-attendance meetups. Every gathering is curated, every room is technical, and every partner's presence is designed to land with people who matter.

AF TheatricalsWhy partner with us
A distribution and recruiting channel, not a sponsorship line-item.
We're not a conference company. We're a curated network — long-running, small-format gatherings practitioners clear their calendars for.
High-signal technical audience
Every attendee is reviewed. The room is full of AI founders, frontier-lab researchers, and senior engineers — not press, not generalists. The conversation in the corner is the reason people come back.
Frontier-grade event design
In partnership with AF Theatricals, every evening is dramaturged like a production — a beginning, an arc, an ending. The result: gatherings people remember, and partners they associate with that signal.
NYC, SF & 9 global chapters
Two flagship US chapters in New York and San Francisco, plus active programming in London, Berlin, Lisbon, Milan, Madrid, Rome, Turin, DC, and Shanghai. Pick a city or activate the full network.
Pipeline into top universities
Forthcoming chapters at Ivy League and top global universities — direct line to the next generation of AI researchers and founders, before anyone else is in the room with them.
SoonPartnership tiers
Four tiers. Limited slots. Built for ambitious partners.

Premium activations
High-end formats available to Frontier and Strategic partners.
Invite-only, technically serious, and built for outcomes — not impressions.
Private founder dinners
Invite-only dinners with 12–20 hand-selected founders and operators. Curated guest list co-designed with your team. Off the record.
Research roundtables
Closed-door technical sessions with frontier-lab researchers and senior practitioners. Single topic, one hour, no slides.
Executive salons
Fireside conversations between your leadership and a curated audience of founders, researchers, and investors.
AI infra summits & demo nights
Half-day technical summits or evening demo nights co-produced with our team. We curate the audience; you anchor the program.
Recruiting showcases
Targeted hiring events with a vetted, technical pipeline. Hand-picked candidate intros and a co-branded follow-up.
Workshops & hands-on labs
Senior practitioners teach your tool, hands-on, to 20–40 vetted attendees. The tool is the subject — not a pitch.
Why now
The cost of not being in the room is rising.
The AI ecosystem is consolidating around a small number of trusted nodes. The companies anchoring their position now will be the obvious choice in two years.
AI talent is the scarce resource
The senior engineers and researchers you need are not on LinkedIn — they’re in private rooms with their peers. We run those rooms.
Mindshare beats reach
Frontier developers and operators choose tools based on trust signals from the people they respect. We are where those signals form.
Early visibility into what’s next
Our partners hear about emerging architectures, evals, products, and team moves months before the rest of the market.
The window is open now
AI ecosystems in NYC and SF are consolidating around a small number of trusted nodes. Anchoring a position now is materially cheaper than retrofitting it later.
What partners say
From founders, sponsors, and researchers in the room.
“The density of senior technical people in the room was unlike any other event we sponsored this year. We closed two hires and met three design partners.”
“Most ‘AI dinners’ are recruiting events in disguise. AI Socratic is the rare one where the conversation is actually about the work.”
“We co-hosted a workshop and walked out with thirty product-qualified developers and a recording we still send to candidates.”
“The signal-to-noise is the highest of any community I’m part of. I clear my calendar when an invite lands.”
Event Formats
Four event formats. Each has a distinct audience and energy.
AI Dinners
Moderated debate on a frontier AI topic and engineering presentations. Best for partners who want to associate with thoughtful technical content.

The ground rules that keep our events worth attending.
- We are a technical community first — partner talks must be substantive, not sales pitches. We'll work with you on content.
- We do not sell or share attendee contact information. Lead capture happens via opt-in raffles or QR codes you bring.
- Partner branding must comply with our brand guidelines. No flashing visuals, no autoplay audio, no dark patterns.
- We reserve the right to decline partners whose products or messaging conflict with the values of the community.
- Exclusivity windows are available within product categories at the Exclusive and Presenting tiers.

FAQ
The questions we get most often.
Can partners present on stage?+
Partner sessions are required to deliver substantive content — a technical deep-dive, original research, or a candid lesson learned. We collaborate on the agenda and review materials in advance to ensure the talk lands with a senior technical audience.
Will we receive the attendee list?+
We do not sell or share attendee contact information. Partners may collect leads through opt-in raffles, on-site QR codes, or warm introductions facilitated by our team after the event.
Which chapters are available for activation?+
All eleven active chapters are open to partners. Year-Long Partners may also propose new chapter activations and request specific city-by-city pacing.
Can we host an event at our office in lieu of a paid partnership?+
Yes. Venue partnerships are complimentary: you provide the space, food, and beverages; we bring the audience, the format, and on-the-ground operations. Many long-term partners begin here.
Do you offer category exclusivity?+
Year-Long Partners may request a category exclusivity window — for example, no competing vector database sponsor for six months. Availability is confirmed before the agreement is signed.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?+
Reschedules are accommodated at no cost. Refunds are available up to four weeks before a scheduled event; thereafter, partnerships may be moved to a future date but are non-refundable.
How are partner talks reviewed for quality?+
Every partner session is co-designed with the relevant chapter leads. We share a content brief, review the talk outline at least two weeks ahead, and provide dry-run feedback when helpful.
How is partner branding handled at events?+
Branding is presented tastefully — logo on signage, slides, and the recap email. We do not run flashing visuals, autoplay audio, or interruption-style activations. Specifics are confirmed in advance.
Host us at your office
Venue partnerships are free — we bring the audience, the format, and the operational lift. You provide the space and a sponsor for food and drinks. We've hosted at offices like Solana, WorkOS, Greycroft, SignalFire, Frontier Tower, and more.
