The pitch is entirely about distribution and dependency: one artifact to drop on a machine, no cloud control plane, no install tree. That puts it opposite the prevailing shape of the category — coding agents as thin clients for a hosted frontier model — and squarely in the same lane as the growing pile of local-first agent runners.
Worth treating as an early Show HN rather than a product launch: the repo is the only primary source, and the offline claim is doing a lot of work until someone benchmarks what it can actually do without a network.
